LeBron James took to social media to show off one of the spoils of his success. The reward? There are too many to count, but this particular time it was to highlight a sweet, sweet pair of sneaks that is a product of his tenth signature shoe with Nike.
We may be seeing the future of the Philadelphia Eagles. And that future is green, silver, and slick. A photo of what is purported to be the new uniform for the team when Nike takes over the contract for NFL uniforms in 2012 has emerged, possibly providing a glimpse into the future outfit for the team.
Now that it seems okay to like Mike Vick again, I wanted to take us back to a happier, simpler time. A time when Vick's name alone wouldn't spark an intense debate. I speak of the wonderful Nike commercials known as the Michael Vick experience.
In my mind I would be an awesome football player (I know, don't start). But in reality I know that The Sports Muse on a football field would end up a lot like the guy in this commercial. Lots of screaming and sheer terror. But a girl can dream.
This week marked the start of the 2010-2011 NBA season. And that meant that the world would finally have a chance to have a look at LeBron James added Miami Heat. Only time will tell if the team warrants the amount of hype it has been given, and given themselves, in the off season.
